1. Scope and data fiduciary
FiscalFlow determines the purposes and means of processing personal data described in this policy. The exact registered legal entity name and registered address must be added before launch. This policy applies to visitors, article readers, resource users, and people who request a consultation.
2. Personal data we collect
When you submit a consultation request, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company name, service interest, revenue or business stage, and any notes you choose to provide. We also process transactional email delivery information necessary to confirm and route that request.
The site may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, error logs, and security signals through hosting and infrastructure providers. Essential local storage remembers theme and cookie-consent choices.
3. Why we process personal data
FiscalFlow processes data to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations, understand requested services, maintain records, protect website security, deliver requested resources, comply with law, and improve core website operation. We do not activate optional analytics or marketing tracking unless the relevant consent category is accepted.
4. Consent and other permitted uses
Where consent is the appropriate basis, FiscalFlow provides a clear notice and processes data for the specified purpose. You may withdraw consent using cookie preferences or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed lawfully and may limit services that depend on the withdrawn consent.
FiscalFlow may also process data where permitted or required under applicable law, including voluntary provision for a specified purpose, compliance with legal obligations, responding to emergencies, or establishing and defending legal claims.
5. Consultation and email communications
Submitting the consultation form saves your request and triggers a transactional confirmation to your address and an internal notification to FiscalFlow. These messages are operational, not bulk marketing. Any future promotional email programme must use an appropriate notice, choice, and unsubscribe process.
6. Service providers and disclosure
FiscalFlow uses service providers for website hosting, database operation, security, and managed transactional email delivery. Providers receive only the information necessary for their role and are expected to process it under appropriate contractual and security obligations. Data may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a properly managed business reorganisation.
7. Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the consultation, relationship, legal, security, and record-keeping purposes for which it was collected. FiscalFlow will define and document specific production retention periods before launch, including a schedule for unconverted enquiries and delivery logs.
8. Security
FiscalFlow uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. No internet service is completely secure, and visitors should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through free-text fields.
9. Cross-border handling
Some infrastructure or service providers may process data outside India. Where this occurs, FiscalFlow will assess applicable restrictions and use contractual, organisational, and technical measures appropriate to the transfer and the Digital Personal Data Protection framework.
10. Children’s data
The website and professional services are directed to businesses and adults. FiscalFlow does not knowingly seek personal data from children. If you believe a child’s data has been submitted, contact us so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
11. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law and verification, you may request information about processing, correction or completion of inaccurate data, erasure of data that no longer has a lawful purpose, withdrawal of consent, and access to an effective grievance process.
- Use the footer’s cookie-preferences control to change optional storage choices.
- Email ashrith@fiscalflow.in for access, correction, erasure, or consent-withdrawal requests.
- Provide enough information to verify the request without sending passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary identity documents.
12. Grievance contact
Privacy and grievance requests may be sent to ashrith@fiscalflow.in. FiscalFlow will acknowledge and handle valid requests within the period required by applicable law. The final policy must name any formally appointed grievance officer and include the registered entity details following legal review.
13. Policy changes
This policy may be updated for legal, operational, provider, or feature changes. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate, and fresh consent will be requested when required. The updated effective date will appear at the top of the policy.
